The Peniel Atlanta is the First Urban Model Community built with Aevolve Green Solutions (AGS) AEvolve Dwelling Unit (AEDU) it will have 7 eStudio buildings on 9.5 acres that will be the First Net Zero Community of 400+ AEDU eStudios.
Carroll Street Gardens is a 33-unit garden style homeless family community located in Albany. AGS & MP is Co-developing the property and will be open for rental in 2025. AGS has great plans for future community developments in Albany,
The HOPE Inn provides single-room occupancy micro-estudios. All units have a toilet, a shower or tub, and efficiency kitchen facilities consisting of a half-size refrigerator, microwave and sink.
